At our Annual HOA meeting on February 8th the HOA members in attendance voted to table the roadwork discussion and present the information at a Special Meeting. This was agreed upon so that more of our community residents could be in attendance to vote on such an extensive topic.

The board approved funding for road repairs to the following areas: Michelob, Lickskillet & Sooner and Husker Extension off of Husker lane. Dates of execution TBD. We hope these repairs will help the neighborhood through the winter months while we conduct research into more long term solutions

We have tentatively scheduled the HOA Annual meeting for Feb 8th, 2025. The official announcement will be provided in the annual billing mailer for dues coming mid December. Please keep in mind, per the HOA bylaws, section 2.i)d. it is the parcel owners responsibility to provide the HOA with a current and accurate address for billing and communication, so please contact a board member if you are not sure we have the correct information
